By way of present application, the applicant/surety seeks release surety amount of Rs.20,000/- furnished by the applicant/surety at the time of granting suspension of appellant.

It is to be noted that while disposing of this appeal, this Court had already directed discharge of surety.

In view of the above, the surety furnished by the applicant is directed to be released to the applicant as per rules and the endorsement, if any, be also cancelled.

List before the Joint Registrar for the aforesaid purpose on 22.12.2025.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
