% 14.09.2018 Affidavit in terms of order dated 5th September, 2018 has been filed by the DCP concerned.

It transpires that SI Nirmala Singh was the Investigating Officer who attended this Court on 25th April, 2018. In the case diary, she noted that she had appeared before this Court, but did not note that the interim protection was granted to the petitioner. Thus, the Investigating Officer who had taken over the file from SI Nirmala Singh, namely, SI Devender Singh sought Non Bailable Warrants on 30th August, 2018, however on coming to know about interim protection granted by this Court, got the same cancelled on the very next date i.e. 31st August, 2018.

In view of the affidavit of the concerned DCP, no further orders are called for.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
