% 18.05.2018 C.M.No.20901/2018 This is an application filed by the petitioner seeking correction in the name of the trust to which costs have to be paid. Issue notice. Ms.Dwivedi, learned counsel for the respondents does not oppose the present application.

The present application is allowed. Accordingly, in the order dated 25th April, 2018, the name of the trust to which the costs are payable be read as Delhi High Court Advocates Welfare Trust' instead of Delhi High Court Bar Association Advocates Welfare Trust.

Corrected copy of order dated 25.04.2018 may be issued to the learned counsel for the parties.
