CORAM:

HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE MUKTA GUPTA

O R D E R

% 21.03.2017 Petitioner has been produced in custody pursuant to production warrants. Petitioner has been asked if he has any other family member. He says he has one Maulana with whom he has kept his articles. By the present petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to re-establish social ties and file the SLP. The petitioner had furnished an address stating Ms. Reshma is his daughter, if granted parole, the petitioner would stay with her.

Two status reports have been filed as per which neither Reshma the daughter of the petitioner nor Shaheen the step daughter of the petitioner wants the petitioner to live with them. There is no other family member of the petitioner. Hence this Court finds no reason to grant parole to the W.P.(CRL) 1182/2016

petitioner on the ground that he has to re-establish ties. As regards filing of the SLP is concerned, the same can be filed through the legal aid available at Tihar Jail.

Petition is dismissed.
