Mr.Ashish Dutta, learned APP accepts notice on behalf of the State and submits that on advance notice the marriage factum has been verified and the marriage of niece of petitioner is scheduled for 20.04.2016.
Keeping in view the averments made in the instant petition and submissions of learned counsel for petitioner, the petitioner is granted two weeks interim bail to be reckoned from the date of his release BAIL APPLN. 763/2016
from prison. The petitioner shall be released from custody on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Trial Court. It is made clear that petitioner shall not seek extension of interim bail on any grounds and he shall surrender before the learned Trial Court on expiry of interim bail period. In above terms, instant petition is allowed and disposed of. Order dasti.
