O R D E R

The claimant Meenu Wadhera is present in Court and she has produced the passbook of her savings bank account No.0604000101529583 with Punjab National Bank, West Patel Nagar Branch containing the endorsement of the bank with respect to the direction issued by this Court on 09th October, 2017.

Reliance General Insurance Company Limited has deposited 50% of the award amount with Registrar General of this Court in terms of order
dated 13th March, 2015 which is lying in FDR and the balance as on today is Rs.16,09,519/-.

The Registrar General is directed to release the said amount to the claimants by transferring the same to UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch with instructions to disburse the same in terms of this order. 4.
Reliance General Insurance Company Limited has deposited Rs.15,17,090/- (Rs.13,97,416/- + 1,19,674/-) and Rs.14,45,657/- (Rs.14,06,315/- + Rs.39,342/-) with UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch. 5.
With the transfer of Rs.16,09,519/- by Registrar General, total amount available with UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch for disbursement would be Rs.45,72,266/- (Rs.15,17,090/- + Rs.14,45,657/- + Rs.16,09,519/-). 6.
UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch is directed to keep Rs.44 lakh in FDRs in the following manner:
(i) Rs.30 lakh be kept in 120 FDRs of Rs.25,000/- each in the name of Meenu Wadhera for the period 1 month to 120 months with cumulative interest.
(ii) Rs.14 lakh be kept in FDR in the name of Master Divjot Wadhera with cumulative interest till he attains majority. Upon attaining majority, UCO Bank shall release the interest portion to Divjot Wadhera by transferring the same to his savings bank account near the place of his residence and the principal amount of Rs.14 lakh shall be kept in 56 FDRs of Rs.25,000/- each in the name of Divjot Wadhera for the period 1 month to 56 months with cumulative interest.

The balance amount after keeping Rs.44 lakhs in FDRs be released to Meenu Wadhera by transferring the same to her savings bank account No.0604000101529583 with Punjab National Bank, West Patel Nagar Branch, Delhi, IFSC - PUNB0060400.

All the original FDRs shall be retained by UCO Bank, Delhi High
Court Branch.
However, the statement containing FDR number, FDR amount, date of maturity and the maturity amount be furnished to the claimants.

Punjab National Bank, West Patel Nagar Branch, Delhi shall permit claimants to withdraw the money from their savings bank account by means of a withdrawal form.

No loan or advance or pre-mature discharge shall be permitted without the permission of this Court.

These appeals have already been disposed of vide judgment dated 28th July, 2017 and need not be listed again.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
