% 21.03.2017 The petitioner, in presence of his counsel, submits that he has deleted all the pictures of Radha from his mobile phone and he does not have any duplicate copies of any photographs or any communication between him and her. He reiterates his statement that he would not call up Radha or any family member or her in-laws in any point of time in future. The petitioner has been explained the consequences of breach of undertaking.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
