% 17.02.2017 I.A. 2078/2017 ( O 23 R 3- by both parties) Parties have submitted that they have settled their dispute. The suit stands disposed of in terms of the settlement deed dated 30.12.2016 incorporated in this application, Parties shall remain bound by this settlement. Pursuant to settlement between the parties, half of the Court Fee be refunded to the plaintiff in terms of provisions contained in Section 16A of Court Fee Act.

The date already fixed in the matter i.e. 20.03.2017 stands cancelled.
