In this petition, there is no proper challenge to the order of 30th March, 2017 and therefore, this petition is not entertained. As such, this petition and the applications are dismissed with liberty to petitioner to assail order of 30th March, 2017 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, New Delhi by way of a separate writ petition.
