% 29.05.2018 C.M. No. 23131/2018 This is an application moved on behalf of the petitioner seeking modification of the order dated 14th May, 2018 passed by this Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide its aforesaid order, this Court while directing the respondents to carry out a fresh inspection of the petitioner‟s premises, has recorded the word "next" academic year, instead of the word „current‟ academic year i.e. 2018-19. Issue notice. Mr.Abhinav Tyagi, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and does not oppose the application. Accordingly, for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. The word „next‟ would stand replaced by the word „current‟ in the third para of page 2 of the order dated 14.05.2018.

A copy of the corrected order be issued to the learned counsels for the parties.

The application stands disposed of.
