Mr.Mukesh Kumar, learned APP submits that since the closure report has already been accepted by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate vide order dated 31.05.2018, the present petition seeking quashing of the FIR has become infructuous.

Learned APP has handed over a copy of the order dated 31.05.2018 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate. A perusal thereof shows that the closure report filed by the Investigating Officer has already been accepted by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate and therefore, in my considered view, the present petition has become infructuous and is disposed of as such.
