O R D E R

By an Award dated 29.11.2017, the claim petition of the appellant was dismissed by the learned Presiding Officer, MACT, Delhi. 2.

Now the parties have amicably settled and resolved all their disputes, by which the Insurer has agreed to pay a total sum of Rs.22,00,000/- to the appellants as full and final settlement of their all claim. 3.

The amount be paid by the Insurer to the claimants through the DHCLSC within 30 days from today failing which interest @ 7.5% per annum shall be payable.

Out of the amount so settled, a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- shall be payable to the appellant no.1, Rs.7,00,000/- to appellant no.2 and Rs.2,50,000/- each to appellant No.3 and 4. 3.

Out of the share of appellant no.1, 60% shall be kept in the FDR for a period of five years; the share of the appellant no.2 shall be kept in FDR for

period till she attains the age of majority; and out of the share of appellant no.3 and 4, 50% shall be kept in the FDR for a period of three years. 4.

Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of.
