CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.K. PATHAK
O R D E R
% 26.04.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had already sold the Maruti Zen car bearing registration no. HR 51W 4575 to one Harinder, son of Shri Jasmal Singh on 25th November, 2017. When the illicit liquor was recovered from the vehicle, petitioner was not the owner of the vehicle having sold the same. It appears that Harinder did not get the vehicle transferred in his name.
Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances of this case, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the
Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned. Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
