O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 99/2018 This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time for making of an Arbitral Award in respect of ninety different arbitration proceedings. In my view, one single petition would not be maintainable in this regard as each arbitration proceedings arise out of different causes of action.

The counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh in respect of each distinct arbitration proceeding.
