Learned counsel for the respondent/landlord submits that the possession of the disputed property has since been received by him in terms of the compromise deed dated 22.12.2015. He has foregone the charge of mesne profits and arrears of rent. Petitioner is not appearing before this Court.

No further orders are called for in this petition. Date of 05.02.2016 before Registrar (Original) stands cancelled. Petition disposed of.
