As per the understanding arrived at between the parties, though not so recorded in the last order, appellant has paid a sum of Rs.11,000/- in cash in the Court today to the respondent and respondent has already delivered all the original certificates of the appellant in terms of the proceedings in Execution Petition No. 12/2012 in the Court of Lokesh Kumar Sharma, JSCC-cum-ASCJcum-Gurdian Judge (West), Delhi. 2.

Accordingly, counsel for the parties say that no claim of any of the parties remain against the other and appeal be accordingly disposed of as disputes between the parties stand settled and satisfied. RSA 130/2015

Ordered accordingly.

Whatever amount has been deposited by the appellant in this Court be returned to the appellant along with accrued interest thereon, if any.
