O R D E R

% 26.04.2018 Petitioner no. 1 is son of petitioner no. 2.

It is submitted that complainant Sheela Solanki is living in the same locality. On the complaint of mother of petitioner no. 1 and wife of petitioner no. 2, FIR no. 106/2018 under Sections 354/509 IPC was registered at Police Station Palam Village against Varun Solanki, who is son of complainant in the present FIR No. 121/2018 under Sections 354/323/34 IPC registered at Police Station Palam Village. It is submitted that present FIR is a counterblast to the earlier FIR,

which was registered against Varun Solanki on the complaint of mother of petitioner no.1.

It is submitted that petitioners will cooperate in the investigation and shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when they are is called upon to do so. It is further submitted that Varun Solanki has already been granted interim protection from arrest till 16th July, 2018. Keeping in mind the totality of facts and circumstances of this case, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioners be released on bail, subject to their furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) each with one surety each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned. Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
