Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as 'CrPC') has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, for quashing of proceedings in CC No. 4144/2016, 4145, 4146 and 4147 of 2016, pending before the Court of learned CMM.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the matter is pending at the stage of final arguments and a Prayer is made for the appropriate Order being passed.

In view of the submissions made, the Petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to raise all the contentions in the final arguments or at the appropriate stage.
