The petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 488/2012 under Sections 498A/406/34 of the IPC, Police Station Malviya Nagar, New Delhi. 2.

Learned Addl. PP, under instructions from the IO, submits that the petitioners have not been charge sheeted and have neither been placed in Column No. 11 nor 12 of the charge sheet.

In view of the above statement, learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition. The petition is dismissed as not pressed.
