Petitioner seeks regularization of her services with North Delhi Municipal Corporation. North Delhi Municipal Corporation is covered in the list of institutions disputes of whose employees with it with respect to services are to be decided by the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT). This Court therefore has no original jurisdiction which vests with the CAT, Principal Bench, New Delhi.
