O R D E R

% 05.05.2016 By the orders under appeal, the learned Single Judge has stayed the order dated 27.01.2016 i.e. the order impugned in the writ petitions, till further orders. Admittedly, the writ petitions now stand posted before the learned Single Judge on 11.05.2016.

Therefore, it is neither proper nor necessary for us to go into the merits of the case and express any opinion as to the sustainability of the orders of stay dated 25.02.2016. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case and leaving it open to both the parties to urge all the grounds raised in the present appeals before the learned Single Judge, the appeals are disposed of. The appellant is at liberty to file fresh appeals in case necessity thereof arises.
