% 23.12.2015 Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that value of the suit is `20 lacs which is less than the pecuniary jurisdiction of this Court, thus, the same has to be transferred to the District Court in view of the notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 under Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff further submits that suit may be transferred to the District Judge (New Delhi District), Patiala House Courts Complex, New Delhi. Ordered accordingly. Parties shall appear before the District Judge (New Delhi District), Patiala House Courts Complex, New Delhi on 27th January, 2016.

File be transferred by the Registry to the

transferee court forthwith.
