O R D E R

% 25.04.2018 It is submitted that petitioners and private respondents are relatives. A quarrel took place between them on some trivial issue which led to registration of FIR No. 760/2014 under Sections 354/323/341/506/34 IPC at police station Begum Pur, on the complaint of respondent no.2. It is further submitted that with the intervention of their common friends and other family members, petitioners and respondent nos.2 have settled their disputes amiably, therefore, FIR may be quashed.

Respondent no. 2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Sandeep of police station Begumpur. She submits that she has settled her disputes with the petitioners of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, therefore, she has no objection in case FIR is quashed.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
