% 25.04.2018 It is submitted that petitioners and private respondents are relatives. A quarrel took place between them on some trivial issue which led to registration of FIR No. 746/2014 under Sections 323/506/509/34 IPC at police station Begum Pur, on the complaint of respondent no.2. Respondent no. 3 had also sustained simple injuries in the said incident. It is further submitted that with the intervention of their common friends and other family members, petitioners and respondent nos. 2 and 3 have settled their disputes amiably, therefore, FIR may be quashed. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 are present in Court and have been identified by SI Sandeep of police station Begumpur.

They submit that they have settled their disputes with the

petitioners of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, therefore, they have no objection in case FIR is quashed and the same may be quashed.

Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
