The present petition impugns judgment dated 25th September, 2024 passed by Special Judge (NDPS), South, Saket in Criminal Appeal No. 240/2024 dismissing the appeal preferred by the Petitioner under Section 29 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 20051 against order dated 1st June, 2024 passed by JMFC-03, Mahila Courts, South, Saket. By the said order, the Petitioner was restrained from dispossessing the Respondent from her shared household till the next date of hearing. 2.

Since the matter is yet to be decided by the Mahila Court, counsel for Petitioner, after making some submissions, states that she would like to withdraw the present petition and seeks liberty to urge all such grounds before the Mahila Court at the stage of arguments on the application under Section 23 of the DV Act.
