A perusal of the plaint reveals that the suit has been valued by the plaintiffs for the purposes of court fee and jurisdiction at Rs.31,56,250/-. 2.

In view of the Notification No.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, issued under Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 (Act 23 of 2015), the present suit is transferred to the Court of the District Judge (West District), Tis Hazari Courts Complex. 3.

The parties shall appear before the concerned Court on 26th August, 2016.
