% 05.04.2016 CM No.31283/2015 The appeal of the insurance company was dismissed by order dated 21.01.2015. Earlier, by order dated 07.08.2013, the insurance company had been directed to deposit 50% of the awarded amount with up-to-date interest with the Registrar General, who was called upon to keep it in fixed deposit for a period of six months to be renewed periodically. The amount, thus deposited, shall now be released. For the balance, the applicant/claimant is at liberty to take out appropriate proceedings before the tribunal.
