Learned counsel for respondents, on instructions, submits that the respondents have no intention to proceed with the construction in the present matter, as recorded by this Court in the last order dated 27th March, 2025. 2.

In that view of the matter, as rightly pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitions have been rendered infructuous. 3.

The present petitions, accordingly, stand disposed of along with the pending applications.

However, in case a fresh cause arises, it shall be open to the petitioners to approach the Court. Liberty is reserved to that extent. 5.
