The appellants present in person seek permission to withdraw this appeal.

Appellant No.1 submits that he shall continue paying Rs.15,000/- to the respondent in terms of para 4 of the order dated 07th May, 2015. The appellants further agree not to interfere with the possession of the respondent in respect of one room, presently in occupation of the respondent in terms of the para-8 of the order dated 07th May, 2017. The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the appellants shall remain bound by the statement made before this Court today. Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the appellants under signature of Court Master. Copy of this order be sent to the respondent. J.R. MIDHA, J.
