O R D E R

% 02.06.2016 The wife of the petitioner is present and submits that after coming to know this affair of the petitioner with the complainant, she is residing separately from her husband for the last 8 months and she does not further want to live with him. Complainant is not present in the court today. On the last date of hearing, she had appeared and stated that petitioner is looking after her and her daughter and bearing all the expenses and has no objection for grant of bail. Keeping in view the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, it is ordered that in the event of his arrest:- (i) Petitioner be admitted to bail on his executing personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned I.O./SHO. (ii) He shall join the investigation as and when called for by the I.O. (iii) He shall furnish his address as well as his contact number to the Investigating Officer.

(iv) He shall not threaten or coerce complainant or any prosecution witness. The application is accordingly disposed of.
