% 13.12.2017 Mr. Aggarwal, ld. Addl. Standing Counsel for respondent nos.1 and 3 submits that the FSL report dated 07.08.2017 has come to be received by the Department only sometime back, and in view of the report, it is implicit that the order of cancellation of driving licence of the petitioner would require review.
In view of the submissions so made, ld. counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant petition may be disposed off, and, the decision of review, may be taken by the competent authority in a time bound fashion.
In view of the aforegoing, the writ petition is disposed off with the direction to the competent authority of the respondent no.1 to review its order of cancellation, which is the subject matter of the petition, within four weeks, as prayed. The decision so taken shall be communicated to the petitioner, immediately thereafter. Petition stands disposed off in above terms.
