Counsels are agreed that the issue raised in the present writ petition is covered by the order dated 26.04.2018 passed in various writ petitions including W.P.(C) No.4190/2018, titled: Vijay Arora vs. Union of India & Anr. In sum, the petitioners seek to avail of the benefits of Condonation of Delay Scheme, 2018.

To be noted, the captioned writ petition was heard on 25.04.2018, wherein the counsel for the petitioner sought time to file an additional affidavit bringing on record as to the whether the persons, who are not petitioners before this Court, but are Directors on the Board of the subject company referred to hereafter, would want to join the petition.

3.1 It is in this background that the petitioner has filed 2 affidavits and a copy of the consent email dated 26.04.2018.

Counsel for the petitioner says that qua the subject company i.e., AMB Talent Media Private Limited, he seeks application of directives contained in the aforementioned order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the official respondents to apply the directives contained in Vijay Arora (Supra). 6.

It is made clear that the directions contained in aforementioned order will apply mutatis mutandis to the petitioner(s) herein. 7.

It is further made clear that if there is any other company, apart from the one(s) mentioned in the caption writ petition, whose name has been struck off from the Register of Companies, resulting in the inclusion of the petitioner's name in the impugned list of disqualified directors, then, this order will not come in the way of necessary consequences in law flowing from such circumstance.

The Registry is directed to scan and upload the documents furnished by the counsel for the petitioner before this Court today. 9.

Pending application(s), if any, shall stand closed. 10.
