% 16.05.2016 C.M.No.18396/2016 Since the impugned order dated 17th March, 2016 is a consensual order, it requires no interference. Accordingly, the present application for modification/review is dismissed.

However, as the learned counsel for the petitioner prays for some further time to approach the Court in Goa, the interim protection given by this Court on 17th March, 2016 is extended for a period of four weeks from today.

This Court however clarifies that it has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the impugned order. The rights and contentions of all the parties are left open.
