% 16.01.2017 Ex.P. 274/2012 Present execution petition has been listed today by the registry pursuant to copy of minutes of the meeting of Hon'ble Judges (Original Side) held on 20.10.2016 and approved by Hon'ble Chief Justice on 17.11.2016, since as per the same pending execution petitions involving a sum upto Rs. 2 crores are to be transferred to concerned District Court.

Accordingly the present execution petition for a sum involving less than Rs.2 crores is transferred to concerned South East District, Saket Courts where the jurisdiction lies.

Parties are directed to appear before concerned learned District & Sessions Judge there on 06.02.2017 at 10.00 a.m. The next date of hearing i.e. 01.02.2017, earlier given before the Hon'ble Court stands cancelled.
