% 29.09.2016 BAIL APPLN. 796/2016 Complainant has alleged in the FIR that petitioner used to drink regularly and used to demand money from her. He also used to indulge in gambling. He snatched Rs.1,00,000/- from her. He also gave beating to her quite often. Petitioner's mother also asked for money from her. Father-inlaw and sister-in-law also used to beat her. On the occasion of Diwali, they demanded fridge, washing machine and LED TV from the complainant. Her father gave washing machine to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that matter has now been compromised with the complainant.

In view of the compromise,

complainant has already withdrawn her petitions under Section 125 Cr.P.C. and the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence, 2005. Learned APP, on instructions of SI Rinku Bhakar, P.S. Prashant Vihar, submits that from verification of the complainant, it has been revealed that matter has been compromised between the complainant and petitioner.

Keeping in mind the totality of above facts, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on anticipatory bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `25,000/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigation Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned.
