O R D E R

% 07.10.2016 CM No.37386/2016 (for disposal of writ petition) The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the lis has been settled amicably with the respondent and the petitioner has brought a cheque of the agreed amount of Rs.1,35,000/-, bearing No.028522 dated 22.09.2016 drawn on BOI, Greater Kailash, towards the full and final settlement of all the amounts payable to the respondent. The said cheque has been handed over to the respondent, who is present in Court. He accepts the same and affirms the fact that the lis has been settled. The learned counsel further submits that the Provident Fund form shall be supplied to him within one week.

The learned counsel for the respondent, who has been appointed as Counsel for the day, submits upon instructions, that no further lis survives between the parties.

The application stands disposed off accordingly.

W.P.(C) 3409/2016 In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed off as being settled in terms of the aforesaid application.

The next date of 25.01.2017 stands cancelled. Consequently, the amount deposited by the petitioner in terms of this Court's order dated 25.04.2016 alongwith interest accrued thereon shall be released to the petitioner upon an application being moved in this behalf before the Registrar.
