% 08.05.2017 I.A.No. 5632/2017 filed by plaintiff seeking return of original documents It is stated by counsel for the plaintiff that the matter was decreed by the Hon'ble Court on 05.04.2016 on a no objection given by defendant no. 2 to 5.

The documents sought to be returned by the plaintiff are mentioned in para no. 5 of the instant application. It is stated by counsel for the plaintiff that the said documents were filed by the plaintiff on 15.09.2012. It is stated that the certified copies of the said documents have also been filed along with this IA.

However, perusal of the documents reveals that certain documents (certified copies), are copy to copy, accordingly, it appears that the originals of all the documents mentioned in para no. 5 of the application are not on record.

Accordingly, the documents mentioned in para no. 5 of the application may be returned to the plaintiff subject to filing of certified copies of the original documents on record and upon proper receipt/identification/verification as to whether the original documents/certified copies/photocopies is being returned to the plaintiff. Application, accordingly, disposed of in the above terms. Plaintiff/its counsel to appear before AR (O) on 25.05.2017 at 3:00pm.
