% 26.07.2018 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has invited my attention to a communication dated 11th April, 2018, whereby, No objection Certificate-cum-Requisition for construction of Gym at Nangloi, Phase-II, Ward No. 37-N, Nangloi, Narela Zone, has been granted by the Community Services Department, North MCD.

Mr. Rajan Sabharwal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the NDMC undertakes that, the NDMC shall determine, whether the proposed Gym, is to be constructed by them or permission so to do, will be granted to the petitioner society.

Directed accordingly.
