Initially, this writ petition was preferred as Criminal Appeal for setting aside the judgment and order on sentence dated 21st January, 2010 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Dwarka Court, New Delhi and because of the order dated 25th April, 2018 passed by this Court, this writ petition has been converted into a Public Interest Litigation and various orders thereafter have been passed.

We hereby reserve liberty with this petitioner namely Smt. Madhubala to file a fresh petition with proper averments, allegations and annexures for Half Way Homes to be constructed and managed by the concerned respondent(s) therein. Similarly, liberty is also reserved with Sister Suma W.P.(C) 4213/2018 Page 1 of 2

Sebastian, Advocate to file a fresh petition with proper averments, allegations and annexures for construction of Half Way Homes etc. for mentally ill persons.

With the aforesaid observations, this writ petition is hereby disposed of.
