Learned counsel for plaintiff submits that he had filed actual bill of cost for Rs.9.5 lacs, whereas the Hon'ble Court has assessed the cost of plaintiff as Rs.1.5 lacs. It is stated that fresh affidavit in respect of cost incurred in terms of directions of the Hon'ble Court has been filed. Accordingly, fresh affidavit of cost filed by plaintiff is taken on record.
