We had passed over the matter in the first call on a request being made on behalf of the counsel for the appellant. 2.

Upon the matter being called out for the second time, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant.

On 01.02.2024, we had noted that the appellants had asserted before us that they were office bearers of the management committee which, at the relevant time, ran the affairs of respondent no.1association and that their term came to an end a long time ago. view that the best way forward would be to strive for changes in respondent no.1 association through the electoral route. 3.1 The appellants have neither returned with their say on the aforementioned aspect flagged by court nor are they represented today. 4.

Given this position, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. 5.

All pending applications shall stand closed.
