(ORAL) 1.
In respect of the relief claimed in this petition, a Legal Notice (Annexure "C") was sent by petitioner to respondent-School and according to petitioner's counsel, there is no response to the said Legal Notice.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits respondent-School is under legal obligation to comply with the directions issued by respondentDirectorate of Education in its order of 17th February, 2018 (Annexure "I").

Despite service of advance notice, none appears on behalf of respondent-School.

In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition with direction to respondent-School to treat petitioner's Legal Notice (Annexure "C") as a Representation and pass a speaking order thereon, within a period of six weeks from today and to convey its fate to petitioner within a week thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be. 5.
Respondent-School be apprised of this order forthwith to ensure its compliance.

With aforesaid directions, this petition and the application are disposed of.
