% 13.08.2018 I.A. No. 10739/2018 The parties have filed a joint application under Order XXIII Rule 3. The settlement agreement dated 10th July, 2018 has been annexed with the application. The terms of the settlement are contained in paragraph 7 of the application as per which the parties have settled the present petition as also RFA 278/2018.

The settlement terms are taken on record. The application is accompanied by the affidavits of parties and signed by the counsels. The same have been perused. The terms are lawful. There is no impediment in recording the same. Parties shall be bound by the terms of the settlement. The OMP is disposed of as per the terms of the settlement agreement. The impugned award stands modified as per the settlement terms.
