% 25.04.2017 Learned counsel for respondent submits that in view of Settlement Agreement of 31st March, 2017, this petition and the applications ought to be disposed of and the amount of `4.5 lac, alongwith interest, lying deposited with the Registrar General of this Court be directed to be released to respondents in equal share. It is also submitted by respondents' counsel that petitioner and his counsel has no objection to the disposal of this petition and to release of the said amount and that due to unavoidable circumstances, they are not able to appear before the Court today.

As per office noting, amount of `4.5 lac is lying deposited with the Registrar of this Court in form of FDR.

In view of aforesaid, this petition and the applications are disposed of in terms of aforesaid Settlement Agreement of 31st March, 2017, which W.P.(C) 5865/2008
