% 07.12.2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that matter is valued beyond the pecuniary jurisdiction of this Court for the purposes of court fee and jurisdiction.

In view of the notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 under Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015, matter has to be transferred to the subordinate courts of competent jurisdiction.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter be transferred to the District Judge (Central District), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. Ordered accordingly.
