During the course of hearing, the petitioner confines himself to seeking that the marks obtained by him in the examination for the post of Assistant Professor be disclosed to him.

Learned counsel for the University of Delhi accedes to the aforesaid. In fact, the marks obtained by the petitioner have been produced in Court in a sealed envelope. The University of Delhi is directed to supply the same to the petitioner. It is agreed that for the said purpose the petitioner may approach the Office of the Joint Registrar (Examination) along with a valid Identity Card. Upon the said being done, the requisite marks shall be duly disclosed to the petitioner.
