% 05.01.2016 IA No.19810/2015 The learned counsel for the non-applicant submits, upon instructions from the plaintiff who is present in Court, that she would have no objection to the repairs to the property being carried out by the defendant, provided no additions are made and no third party rights are created therein. The learned counsel for the defendant/applicant submits that it shall be so done and the repairs shall be completed by 15th February, 2016. The learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that no objection will be raised for the repairs works being undertaken by the defendant.

In view of this Court's Notification No.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the case is to be transferred to the appropriate Court having pecuniary jurisdiction.

Accordingly, list the case before the District Judge, Shahdara (Karkardooma Courts) on 08.02.2016.
