In view of Section 32(d) of the Delhi Sikh Gurdwaras Act, 1971 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act') which provides that disputes between the employees of institutions under the Act will be decided by the concerned District Judge, at joint request of the parties, instead of dismissing the petition as this Court lacks jurisdiction, this petition is transferred for decision to the District & Sessions Judge, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi.
