No. 332 of 2011, the interim order passed by this Court is directed to continue till such time the learned Arbitrator varies or modifies it in accordance with law in an application under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 subject to the Petitioner keeping the bank guarantee alive.
