% 29.08.2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks bail in case FIR No. 827/2015 under Sections 302/34 IPC registered at PS Neb Sarai. After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition at this stage.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however, since the petitioner has been in custody for more than three years, the learned Trial Court is requested to expedite the trial and conclude the same as expeditiously as possible.
